If you need to reschedule or modify your event or order, your deposit may be applied toward a future event, item, or date, subject to availability.                                                         

To transfer your deposit:

• You must notify us at least 7 days before the original event or order date.
• The new event, item, or date must be scheduled within 6 months of the original booking.
  ⚠️ Please note: All customized items are 100% non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future orders or events.
