At Rockin Parties & Decor With Pebbles, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless planning experience. To ensure the best results and adequate preparation time, please review our booking and deposit guidelines:
- Advance Booking Requirement: All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of your event date.
- Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required for all services at the time of booking.
For services $100 or less, full payment is due within 2 hours of booking.
For services over $100, a 50% deposit is required within 2 hours of booking.

- Final Payment & Confirmation: To confirm your event, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days prior to your event date. This final confirmation helps us properly prepare and confirms your intent to move forward with our services.
Squeeze-In Fees:
- $25 fee for bookings made 8–13 days before the event.
- $50 fee for bookings made 4–7 days in advance.
- $75 fee for bookings made 3 days or less before the event.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in cancellation of services or loss of your event slot.
